Q: How do I purchase artworks?​
A: Contact the artist either via email (address located on the bottom left corner of this page), or fill out the Contact form, and state which artwork that you are interested in purchasing. The artist will reply as soon as possible.

Q: How do I pay for the artwork(s)?
A: Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. A payment request link will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is confirmed.

Q: Do we ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to certain countries due to regulations, so please do check with us first via email.

Q: Are there any shipping charges?
A: Yes, there will be a flat rate of BND40 (USD50) for international shipping charges. However, artworks priced above BND400 are free of charge.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. All shipments will be registered.

Q: Does the artist accept any commission work?
A: Yes, commissioned work is acceptable.

Q: How long does commission artworks take to complete?
A: Approximately between 1 to 4 months, depending on the size and also the complexity of the artwork requested. However, kindly note that if there is a back log of commissioned artworks, there will be a waitlist.

Q: Is there a deposit on commissioned artworks?
A: Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all commissioned work. The deposit will be used to cover art supplies and time spent on the artwork. Cancellations are not encouraged, but if it does happen, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
To prevent any cancellations, discussions will be held with the artist prior to commencement of artwork so that both parties are in agreement.

Q: What type of medium does the artist use?
A: The artist mainly uses watercolours, but will also incorporated other mediums such as acrylics, gouache, drawing pens, markers, coloured pencils and pastels. The artist does not use any oil mediums in her work. All mediums are mostly lightfast i.e. long-lasting and does not fade easily.

Q: What type of surface paper(s) does the artist use?
A: The artist uses mainly 100% cotton watercolour paper (either cold press or hot press surfaces), but she does also use other acid-free archival quality paper, and mostly weighs 300 gsm / 140 lbs.

Q: How do I care for my artworks?
A: To prolong the longevity of the artwork, it is strongly advisable to avoid exposure to direct sunlight, and also water or any liquid that will jeopardise the artwork. If the art piece is well taken care of, it will last a lifetime.

Q: Do all the artworks come with authenticity certification?
A: Yes, all artworks do come with a certificate of authenticity, which will be delivered along with the art piece ordered.
